Shipments via Israel Post or Express, with tracking via shipping number.

We are not responsible for delivery times because the shipment is sent by a private company.

Exchanges and Returns -

Product exchange up to 14 days from purchase, with original receipt.

End-of-season products cannot be exchanged, except with special authorizations.
